Log in

  4. Follow the instructions in the email.
  5. Set a new password.

Please check the following first:

  • Is the email address you entered correct (no typos)?
  • Is Caps Lock disabled?
  • Are you using the correct password?
  • Has your account already been activated?

If the problem persists, please use the “Reset password” function.

Please check:

  • your spam or junk folder
  • whether the correct email address was used
  • whether your mailbox is full

If you do not receive an email after a few minutes, request the link again or contact our support team: help@anaesthesieskills.com.

Possible causes:

  • The link has expired (valid for a limited time for security reasons).
  • The link has already been used.
  • The link was copied incorrectly.

Solution: Please request a new password reset link and use it directly from the email: “Reset password

Please contact our support team at help@anaesthesieskills.com and provide the following information:

  • Email address used
  • Screenshot of the error message (if available)
